  • Mobile services are carried out within a 3 mile radius of LU3.We are happy to carry out services beyond this radius but this may be subject to additional fees.
  • The services we provide are of strict professional nature and solely in accordance to the treatments listed
  • Due to the use of a massage bed and products involved in carrying out mobile services, we regretfully inform you that we can only carry out treatments in properties that have adequate parking facilities
  • For mobile services, please provide 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels and for any services that require electricity, please ensure room has electrical points
  • The services will be carried out on ground floor / entrance level room for ease of moving the couch bed
  • A minimum of £30.00 is applied to all mobile services and all treatments (in salon or mobile) are subject to a £10.00 booking fee that will be used to secure your appointment.This fee will be offset against your treatment and needs to be paid in advance of your treatment by bank transfer
  • Regretfully we can only wait 2 hours for you to pay the deposit, otherwise the appointment may be set for another customer
  • You may be asked to complete a client consultation card ahead of your appointment, in addition in line with our insurance policy a consultation card must be filled in for all new clients and updated after each treatment for existing clients
  • For services carried out at our premises, we kindly ask to you attend alone and only at the time of your appointment.Face masks must be worn and hand sanitizers are available for you to use
  • Cancellations of 24 hours or less will incur a non-refundable fee of £10.00, although we will try our utmost to accommodate your needs.We appreciate that from time to time, events beyond our control can arise
  • Not all treatments can be carried out under a mobile basis, this would typically be Hydrodermabrasion Facials where machinery cannot be easily transported
  • Some treatments may require an in depth consultation
  • Treatment prices may be subject to change
  • For mobile services, the therapist may arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the appointment time, this is to allow time for product and couch bed set up
  • Although our therapists aim to arrive to your premises on time, there may be instances where circumstances are beyond our control such as road traffic delays, please be patient and our therapist will call / text you as soon as it is safe to do so
  • Address is provided once deposit and appointment is confirmed
